Update: Owners try to tune their review scores by sending a lawyer after all reviews that score too low. Very poor business practice and ethics! BMW HQ has been notified.
Service is impossible to reach via phone, responsiveness slow and now twice sending a car into repair to have it return with only parts of the issues fixed. Every time with other excuses (time, parts, etc.) For me quite a useless experience. Will not return and go back to my previous BMW dealer.
It was an absolute pleasure buying my used 2016 BMW X1 car from „Procar Köln-Süd” with the help of their salesman Mr. Roman Esser. In my search before buying this car, I was in contact with other dealers who were usually friendly and professional but Mr. Esser took the process to a whole new level, almost to perfection, like no one else did.

I bought a second hand BMW from Procar Koln in May 2015. I did the whole deal online, I didnt see the car until the day I got, and I'm absolutley very happy with the car, and all the services provided.
